Londonderry is one of the larger towns in Rockingham County and has a mix of housing from older capes and ranches built in the 1970s near the town center to newer subdivisions that went up through the 1990s and 2000s on the east and south sides of town. The older homes in neighborhoods along Pillsbury Road and near Pettengill Road often have aging oil boilers or furnaces that are approaching the end of their useful life. The newer developments are more likely to have forced hot air systems or central air installed originally but may not have had any service since.

Natural gas is available in many parts of Londonderry through Liberty Utilities, making it one of the better towns in southern NH for oil to gas conversions. Converting an older oil boiler to a high efficiency gas unit typically cuts annual heating costs significantly, and the conversion often qualifies for efficiency incentives that reduce the upfront cost. Brad has done a number of these jobs in Londonderry and is familiar with the permitting process in town.

For cooling, Londonderry homeowners who have older homes without existing ductwork are a natural fit for ductless mini split systems. A multi-zone mini split can heat and cool an entire house without tearing into walls for ducts, and it qualifies for the Mass Save heat pump rebate program. Brad is Mass Save listed and handles the installation and the rebate paperwork. Call (603) 315-7227 for a free estimate.
